How do I care for my ceramic-lined bottles and home containers?
Most of our products are dishwasher safe for convenience. However, to maintain the vibrant finish of your product, we recommend hand washing the exterior with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
What is your shipping policy for home orders?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Free standard shipping is available on orders over a certain threshold, which will be calculated at checkout.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items cannot be returned.
